The Bird

A former Cookies Chef and his partner recently opened this place pretty far up on Brunnenstraße and quickly made a name for themselves. So was the burger good? Hells yes! A thick, very succulent and juicy beef patty cooked to perfection, served in a home-baked brioche-sesame bun, spiced up with some bbq like sauces and accompanied by thin, crunchy fries and a local Eschenbräu. And on top of the bun, a heavenly crunchy onion ring. Just to top it off. Gotta love it! And yes, I’m going to say it: One of the best burgers I’ve had in town. Try it.
